Celebrating summer this weekend!

Summer is here, and we want to celebrate it with you! That is why we are serving—exclusively for you as a regular customer—a summer menu on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday for 62 euros per person. Chef Wouter and Jonas have selected the finest seasonal produce, and yes, the first baby lobsters are here too.

Starters

• Half baby lobster with tomato and fine herbs, cooked in the oven

• Beefsteak tomato with burrata

• Homemade American prepared meat, salad and fresh fries

• Blue tenderloin, mousseline sauce and fennel

Dessert

• Marinated strawberries with vanilla ice cream
